1:1 Coaching

One on ONe Embodiment Coaching

I help performers land the roles of their dreams, writers put words to their deepest truths and wildest visions, and creatives of all kinds make work that reshapes what’s possible for the world they’re stepping into.

Through 1:1 embodiment coaching, we build safety and connection from the inside out - so you can trust your voice, create from confidence (not fear), and do something incredibly brave and vulnerable: share your whole self through your art and stand fully in the truth of who you are and the work you want to bring into the world.

With over 20 years of experience working with artists and performers, I’m deeply committed to creating space for your voice—your stories, your body, your truth. I don’t believe in handing you a rigid plan or pushing a one-size-fits-all version of success. I believe your voice—your inner truth and creatively expressed self—knows the way.

Because when a creative feels safe in themselves, everything elevates: their art, their impact, their relationships, and the way they experience life itself. And that ripple effect touches everything - the way you parent, the way you partner, the way you walk into rooms, and the way you speak your truth.

This is a 6-month 1:1 coaching container with weekly calls and daily Voxer support between sessions. It’s designed for artists, writers, performers, and creatives who want to:

  • Clear the inner blocks that keep them stuck

  • Create bold, meaningful work that feels fully aligned

  • Build the inner safety to be seen, heard, and deeply expressed

  • Experience more presence, clarity, and connection in all areas of life

If you’re ready to stop performing who you think you should be and start living and creating as who you really are - this is for you.

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • You dread running into old classmates or castmates - the ones who “knew you when.” The idea of explaining that you’re not really focused on your creative side anymore feels like admitting you’ve let that version of you slip away.

  • You have strong opinions, but when it’s time to write, you keep the bold, surprising parts of you hidden. You make safe, palatable work that doesn’t offend anyone—but it doesn’t move anyone either.

  • You feel like no one really sees you—in your life or your work. So you stick with the version of yourself people are used to, even if it means hiding the one that actually exists now.

  • You wrote a poem you love—one that got nominated for a major award—but now the pressure to live up to it has you stuck. You don’t even want to share the news.

  • You leave the theater inspired, dream of your next audition, but when morning comes? You’re too exhausted. You hit snooze. Skip it. Tell yourself there will be another one.

  • You share a powerful piece with your mentor, and they just don’t get it. So you scrap it. Just like you always do when someone you admire doesn’t see what you see.

Real-world struggles this work helps shift:

  • You created something incredible - a poem, a song, a role - but now you feel pressure to live up to it. You’re scared it was a fluke.

  • You have big dreams, but life keeps getting in the way - caregiving, exhaustion, uncertainty.

  • You keep showing up - auditioning, writing, submitting - but feel invisible. The industry doesn’t seem to see you.

  • You want to write from your truth, but fear judgment or rejection from the people closest to you.

  • You say no to big opportunities because you don’t feel ready - then wonder if you’ll ever get another shot.

This coaching isn’t about quick fixes or pushing through. It’s about listening to what your body and creativity are actually trying to tell you - and building the capacity to respond with compassion, clarity, and power.

We work at the root. With nervous system regulation, embodiment, trauma-informed coaching, and your voice leading the way. We untangle old stories, unlock your creative power, and help you step into your life and work with a kind of grounded boldness that feels real. And the shifts don’t stay isolated to your art - they show up in your energy, your relationships, your ability to take up space in every part of your life.

Clients I’ve worked with have:

  • Booked Broadway and national tours

  • Performed as lead soloists on prime-time TV

  • Published creative work they’re proud of

  • Been nominated for major writing awards

  • Rebuilt their relationship with their voice - and actually enjoyed creating again

  • Felt more alive and present in their daily lives and relationships

What clients are saying:

"Coaching with Molly has made me a lot more FEARLESS. Made me a lot more likely to go after things more often, rather than stop myself from going because I'm assuming the outcome, or assuming what people are going to think or feel about me. It's helped me look at things for what they are, and go for them. Go for the audition, take this job, all the things that a fearful mind would have kept me from doing." — Sheree Dunwell, Professional Singer

"I now readily face the world instead of letting it control me. It’s like the difference between getting out of a rip tide rather than letting it take me out to sea. The rip tide still exists, except now I have the tools to get me to safety rather than drowning out to sea. I now create my reality, in my life and in my work, giving myself loads of grace and love along the way." — Ashley Webb, Professional Performer + Business Owner

"I would absolutely recommend Molly to any person who wants to make changes in how they show up for themselves. I would especially recommend her to people who have often felt misunderstood or feel as though they don't have the control they want over their own creative path and personal life. I would tell them that Molly changed the way I see myself and helped me believe in the possibility of a happier future, grounded in what I know about myself and what I want from life." — Elizabeth (Cowan) Bartholomae, Writer + Teacher
