The Self-Trust Method for Artists
A deeply supportive 6-month 1:1 coaching container where we center your body’s wisdom, explore the deeper truth behind your creative blocks, and design a framework that supports how you are built, so that you can consistently create and share work that feels alive, aligned, and undeniably you.
Whether you're writing your memoir or first novel, booking your next big performance, releasing your album, or selling the artwork that makes your heart sing, this is about creating work that feels like you, without the burnout, contorting, or self-doubt that’s held you back in the past.
Hi, I’m Molly. I help artists, performers, and creatives (re)build self-trust so they can follow through on their boldest, truest ideas and feel proud of how they’re showing up in their art, their life, and every room they enter.
Because your art isn’t separate from who you are. It’s how you show the world who you really are. And when you stop overworking and overthinking, and start creating from a place that honors your whole self, the boldest, most exciting work you’re here to make doesn’t just become possible, it becomes inevitable.
Raise your hand if any of these sound familiar:
You’ve landed the Broadway role or finally wrote the book that earned real accolades - but now, starting again, you’re afraid it was a fluke. You had to sacrifice so much to make it happen the first time, and now the spark feels out of reach. The pressure to recreate the magic is quietly crushing you.
You dive into the work - writing, ideating, practicing, creating - but when it’s time to share, submit, or show up… you freeze, numb up
You booked the big, important gig you’ve worked your whole life for… but you show up to rehearsals wondering if you’re actually good enough. The imposter syndrome didn’t disappear when you leveled up, it came with you. And now, you just want it to go.
Every time you start to find your creative stride, life throws a curveball. Your husband’s work picks up and he emotionally checks out. Your kid’s sports schedule swallows your evenings. A parent needs more care or faces a health scare. Or there’s friend group drama blowing up your phone during the only quiet hour you had to create. Suddenly, you’re holding everything and your momentum vanishes.
You’re putting off auditions, performances, or releases until some mysterious future when you finally feel “ready.”
You feel behind in your career, envious of others, and unsure if your time has passed.
You’re carrying so much - grief, caregiving, real life - and it feels selfish or impossible to make space for your creativity.
It’s not your fault.
You’ve been taught to grind, to push, to perform. To not make a fuss. To be grateful for scraps. To wait your turn.
In most training programs and in the world we live in, what you produce has always mattered more than how you feel while doing it. Productivity and perfection have been praised more than presence. The goal has been to make money, hit milestones, and check the boxes.
And listen, yes, achieving the dream matters. Getting paid, being seen, building the life you want matters, of COURSE.
But it also matters how you feel while you do it. That you feel alive, fulfilled, and proud of how you’re moving through your days.
Because what’s the point of building a dream you can’t enjoy?
This is where the Self Trust Method comes in.
It’s not just about feeling better when things are going well. It’s about having a process you can rely on when life gets messy, loud, or uncertain. Because life keeps happening. Curveballs will come. Old patterns will resurface. Doubt, fear, and comparison don’t mean you’re off track. They just mean you’re human.
The method helps you move through those moments with clarity and care so you don’t burn out, abandon yourself, or lose momentum every time things get hard.
Because building your dreams matters. And so does how you feel while you're doing it.
Here’s what we move through
inside The Self-Trust Method:
-
Getting out of creative paralysis and into aligned action
-
Navigating auditions, rejections, and big breaks from a grounded place
-
Learning how to finish and release your work without triggering yourself
-
Building systems that support your creativity (even with a survival job, caregiving, or big life transitions)
-
Releasing people-pleasing and reclaiming your unique voice
-
Developing the courage to say yes to the dream you actually want
-
Moving through fear, visibility, and comparison without freezing
-
Feeling proud of the way you show up - creatively and personally
"Coaching with Molly made me fearless. I go after things now instead of stopping myself with assumptions and fear. I’m actually doing the things I used to dream about."
Sheree Dunwell,
Professional Singer (Hell’s Kitchen First Broadway National Tour)
"Now I face the world instead of letting it control me. It’s like learning how to escape a rip tide- I’m not drowning anymore. I create my reality with love and grace."
Ashley Webb, Performer & Business Owner
And just to be clear, this work doesn’t stay theoretical.
This year alone, my clients have:
Booked their first Broadway National Tour (after years of not auditioning)
Landed and filmed their first leading role in a dream film
Booked a prime time TV singing competition slot and walked away with a major cash prize
Recorded and released an original EP filled with the most soul-aligned words, music, and performances they could have dreamed of
Finally started writing the novel that’s been whispering to them for years
Had their poetry published (again and again)
Were nominated for a Pushcart Prize
Sold a full-price commissioned painting at the exact rate they desired - no negotiation necessary
Produced and headlined a concert at the iconic 54 Below - personally curating the music, performers, and creative vision

I’ve spent 20+ years helping performers, creatives, and artists reconnect with their voice.
Not just the one people hear on stage or see on the page, but the one that guides your choices, shapes your work, and holds the truth of who you really are.
I know how much this work matters, because I’m an artist too. A singer, a writer, a podcaster, a visionary, a multi-hyphenate creative who’s always exploring how to bring more of myself and my art into the world. But for a long time, I shut down parts of that expression. It didn’t feel safe. I worried I wanted too much. That being fully expressed, creative, healthy, and whole all at once wasn’t possible. I stopped auditioning and told myself maybe that meant I had to stop being an artist.
I focused on survival. Paying bills with work I liked, doing deep internal work for my own healing, and building a life. But something in me was still hungry to create. To be seen. To use my voice. It wasn’t until I went through the process of reclaiming my whole self, piece by piece, that things started to shift. That journey is what makes this work so personal to me, because I’ve lived it. And now I help others return to themselves and build the kind of creative life that actually feels good to live inside.
I don’t hand you a rigid plan or one-size-fits-all strategy. I help you reconnect with your inner compass and build something deeply aligned with how you are meant to move.
This work blends:
Somatic and embodiment practices
Nervous system regulation
Trauma-informed mindset coaching
Deep soul-listening
This isn’t about compartmentalizing your life to “make it work.” It’s about integration. So your art doesn’t come at the cost of your well-being, and your life isn’t sacrificed for the sake of your work.
I typically open 1 - 2 new 1:1 client spots per month.
This container is intentionally intimate so I can fully support each client.
If this feels like a fit, let’s talk.
And as a fellow creative, I need you to know: this isn’t about forcing yourself to finish, or beating yourself up every step of the way.
If that worked, you’d already have everything you’ve ever wanted.
You’ve tried white-knuckling it. You’ve tried pushing through. But the truth is: if that path led to lasting success, there would be a lot more thriving, fulfilled artists out there.
It’s a lie. It doesn’t work that way.
This is a different way. A more effective way. A more human way.
And I should warn you, this doesn’t just change your art. It changes your life.
When we build self-trust around your creative dreams, you don’t just create differently.
You start showing up differently in every other part of your life, too.
Because this isn’t just about the work. It’s about the you who makes it.
Your relationships with yourself, your people, your money, your past, your impact, and your spirituality all get to be on the table too- not in a forced, overwhelming way, but in a way that finally feels aligned.
Because how you do one thing is how you do everything.
And the version of you who creates from truth knows that your relationships with, well, everything, contributes to what and how you create. So it’s all on the table.
Imagine this…
You stop ghosting your creative ideas and start finishing and sharing them.
You walk into rooms: auditions, meetings, stages and studios with grounded, embodied confidence.
You’re not waiting for perfect timing or to be chosen. You’re showing up now and making things you love.
You’re known and recognized for your work because you share what truly matters to you and create in a way that honors what you're here to do.
You don’t have to wait for life to calm down. You have a practice for connecting to what truly supports you, which includes making and creating even when life is hard, and honoring your body’s call for rest or reflection without beating yourself up for being human. You can discern what’s most essential in each moment and trust that there’s space for all of it.
You’re finally doing the work and living in a way that your body and soul have been asking for all along.
You’re taking adventures, seeing the world, being present, and enjoying your people fully. Because you finally trust yourself to live your whole life and make art from that place.
