“I  feel empowered & free. I’m proud of the badass energy I now embody.”

After coaching with Molly I readily face the world instead of letting it control me. It's the difference between getting out of a rip tide rather than letting it take me out to sea. The riptides still exist, except now I have the tools to get me to safety rather than drowning out at sea. I now create my reality, giving myself loads of grace and love as I work through learning curves. I notice how quickly I'm able to identify something as a pattern I want to choose a new path for, and I'm now able to take the steps in rewiring my brain and rewriting the stories that live there.”

I feel empowered and free. I’m proud of the badass energy I now embody. I can see and feel the true power I have in my own life, and I'm learning how to wield it to create the life of my dreams. I'm not afraid of my power anymore - I'm friends with it.

The time and space Molly carves out for you feels like she's stopped time. She'll always make you feel seen, heard, and never rushed. And no feeling is too small to share - Molly will always explain that each idea coming up for you is secretly (or not-so secretly) important, and she has a special way of connecting it back to what you're working on at that time. She always knows what thread to pull and how to reveal to you just how wise you truly are.”

“Everyone needs a
Molly in their life.”

“After my time spent with Molly, I have learned how to show up for myself.”

“I see myself as someone who has a lot more control over her life.”

I now know that making assumptions-were not really serving me. It's been really helpful for me to bring myself back to the things I know are true instead of my assumptions about how things are.

This has made me a lot more FEARLESS.

Made me a lot more likely to go after things more often, rather than stop myself from going because I'm assuming the outcome, or assuming what people are going to think or feel about me.

Before, I saw myself as a victim of my own circumstances. Now I see myself as someone who has a lot more control over her life than she did before.

I have remembered that I am a really hard-working, collaborative, talented individual who has command over her voice, who has done things with her voice that have shocked herself.

All of the opportunities I've gotten to date, I have EARNED. This isn't luck or good genes. I worked my fucking ass off (in ALL ways) to be ready for these opportunities.

“I feel worthy and whole. It's like my inner child is able to play and enjoy life again.”

“Molly’s super power is her ability to listen and ask the best questions, free of judgment.”

“I have noticed I now find more joy in each day. I feel validated.”

I feel like I question myself and how I should act less than I once did.

I can rely on myself and my body to serve up truth that makes me feel at peace with myself.

Molly and I worked together before my mom's death, during my mom's death, and after my mom's death. Staying connected to my feelings through the death of someone I love is something that I've struggled with in the past, and being able to share the full scope of my grief with her has helped me connect my body more deeply to the memory of my mom.

I feel more comfortable sharing in and starting deeper conversations with others. I also love having someone I know I can trust and speak with on a regular basis through unexpected events in my life, as they happen. I feel more comfortable exploring and finding my way.

I would absolutely recommend Molly to any person who wants to make changes in how they show up for themselves and others. I would especially recommend her to people who have often felt misunderstood or feel as though they don't have the control they want over their own paths. I would tell them that Molly changed the way I see myself and helped me believe in the possibility of a happier future, grounded in what I know about myself and what I want from life.

Working with Molly has made me see how worthy I am of a positive life.

LIZ B: TEACHER & POET

“I live in simplicity and groundedness.”

I have been singing, crying, complaining, analyzing, and explaining my thoughts and feelings with Molly for many years.

Molly listens deeply. Musically, emotionally, and spiritually.

When I am tangled up inside, Molly takes the strings and untangles them musically and psychologically. She has strong executive functioning capabilities combined with a sweet, intuitive understanding of what it is to be human.

My spirit soars after an hour of being with her. I feel deeply seen. I feel important. The weight of worry and concern over that day’s “issue” vanishes. Optimism and joy reappear.

How does this happen? I think it has to do with her gift of presence. Her attention to the details I am struggling with. Nothing is too trivial. I get to express all of me.

Molly and I have seen my little girl inside, and we think she’s worthy of attention, love, and compassion. Such a shift in perception has made my life more joyous. I live in simplicity and groundedness (this is not to say that the needy, anxious little girl doesn’t reappear occasionally).

This is how music and self-expression with Molly has brought me home to myself.
