What if the thing holding back your art...isn't your art?
I help creative humans build self-trust, reconnect with their bodies, and create from truth, so their art, relationships, and everyday lives feel fully alive and fully theirs.
The most fulfilled and confident artists are not just working on their craft. They are intentionally bridging their inner world with their outer expression. That embodied authenticity is the real X factor that sets some creatives apart, the ones who have “it.” And that “it” shows up not just in the work we make but in the sustainable, full creative life we actually want to live.
My work is a bridge between therapy and technique.
A place where your inner world becomes the foundation for creative freedom, emotional safety, and fully expressed lives.

Which Inner Voice is Running Your Show?
Inside every artist lives a "cast" of voices.
This quiz reveals the inner voice shaping your creative process and how it shows up in your body, your work, and your habits. You’ll receive a personalized Creative Inner Voice Blueprint that shows how this pattern appears in your creative life and the steps that help you move forward. About Me
I’m Molly, a certified life coach, licensed embodiment teacher (Ishtara Body), and lifelong performer who helps artists and creatives come home to themselves and their work.
I believe that a full, expressed life isn’t just about what we create, it’s about who we are while we create it.
I started as a singer and actor in musical theatre before co-owning the NYC Vocal Studio and teaching voice at NYU for nearly a decade. Over time, I realized that technique alone wasn’t enough, it’s what’s unhealed and untended within us that keeps us stuck.
Now, I bring together coaching, nervous system work, and embodiment to help creatives like you trust yourself again, make art that feels like you, and live a life that actually feels good to be in.
